Yes — this is the whole model. Once we deliver, the files are yours. Upload the manuscript to any self-publishing platform, put the EPUB on your own site, run a print-on-demand paperback, distribute the audiobook via a service of your choice — whatever you want. We stay out of it.

None. We charge one flat price for producing the files. Any income you earn from selling or licensing the book is entirely yours, forever.

Your uploaded material is used only to produce your book and audiobook. We delete it within 30 days of delivery unless you ask us to retain it — for example so we can produce a second edition later. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.

You are free to. You own the rights and can license, sell or reissue the book with any traditional publisher who is interested.

No catch — the price reflects what we actually cost to run. Three reasons it works at this price:

Full refund if you cancel before we begin production (i.e. before we deliver the chapter outline). After that but before manuscript delivery, a 50% refund applies. Once the manuscript is delivered, refunds are not available — but revisions are, until you are satisfied.

AI tools are part of our production process — we would not be able to offer this at $249 without them. The substance of the book comes from the material you upload. AI tools help us structure and expand that substance into a well-formed, professional manuscript. Every book is human-reviewed before delivery.

This is the single biggest risk with AI-assisted books, and we treat it that way. Two safeguards:

1. We stay close to your material. The manuscript is built from the ideas, examples and facts you upload. We do not let the AI fabricate outside sources — no invented citations, statistics or quotes attributed to real people. If a claim needs a source and you did not give us one, we cut the claim.

2. You get the final read. Nothing is published until you have reviewed and approved the manuscript. You are the subject-matter expert; if something reads wrong to you, we fix it. Revisions are included until you are satisfied.

The result is your ideas, well-structured — not a book of things you never said.

The manuscript passes through a human editor before it reaches you. Their job is structural — flagging repetition, fixing prose that reads mechanically, catching claims that need trimming, ensuring the book has a coherent arc. Honestly? Some readers who are actively looking for AI patterns may spot them. Our editing pass exists to catch the most obvious tells (repetitive sentence rhythm, over-hedged phrasing, generic examples), but nothing about modern AI-assisted writing is 100% invisible. What matters more: the ideas in the book are yours, the examples are yours, the framework is yours. That is what readers actually take away.
